Delivery Policy

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only.

We do not ship Habib Electronics`s products out of Bangladesh.

Orders are shipped Inside Dhaka - 1 working day & Outside Dhaka - 3 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivery of the shipment subject to Courier Company/post office norms.Delivery of all orders will be to the registered address of the buyer only at all times(Unless specified at the time of Order). 

Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration. For any issues in utilizing our services, you may contact our helpdesk.

How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units and some products 

For multiple products ordered the program adds up the weight of all the units ordered and charges a single delivery fee.  

However, the delivery fee is calculated separately when a customer orders different plants to be delivered at different locations. This is because the products are being sourced and shipped from different cities.

When you will go through our website you will provide all your information about delivery and we will provide you the registration details on your mail id and through SMS also and we will deliver your product according to your invoice.

We will arrange to ship the products ordered to your address in the manner specified in an accepted order. Title to the products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier, and risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to your address.

The costs of shipping and handling will be shown on your purchase receipt. We will inform you of estimated shipment dates.

Returns will be dealt with only as per the returns policy posted on the Site at the time of acceptance of the binding order.

How long does it take for an order to deliver?

Usually, it takes around Inside Dhaka 1 working days & Outside Dhaka - 3 working days for an order to be delivered. Business days exclude public holidays and Fridays. 

Which mode of delivery is to ship the orders?

We normally send the order to you through courier partners or we do it personally as well, when the quantity of product is too much then we deliver through the personal vehicles.

Are there any hidden charges when I make a purchase?

There are no hidden charges for all the prices mentioned on the website including all the taxes and vat.

Delivery charges may be extra depending on the number of products purchased.
