Return and Refund Policy
Habib Electronics put every possible effort to make our customers happy. Given that, our privacy return and refund policies are mostly customer-oriented and we are committed to fulfill our role.
Return Policy:
- We ask our customers to open and check their product in front our delivery man
- We receive our payment once our customers finds the delivered product matches their expectation
- If there is any problem to products after delivery we may change the product
- We offer instant produce replacement if there is an option from allotted company
- We don’t replace the delivered or received product if it is found after product reception
- We don’t replace product if there is no option from the designated company/ company’s product
- If the product is not meeting your expectation (You MUST notify within 24 hours)
- If you received a physically Damaged/Used/Different product from courier service or delivery service. Must notify in front of delivery man. It is mandatory, we will not accept any complaints TRUE evidence.
- Offer/discount/campaign items don’t have cancel or exchange policy. Please think before pay.
- Inside dhaka we request customers to come our office that they can explain problem and get instant solution. This is mandatory sometimes depending on the problem.
Refund Policy:
- We don’t offer refund if we can replace the products if its designated company allows
- If we can’t replace our product, we may able to process return
- If we receive our payment in CASH only, we can then process refund request within 1 day*
- If we receive our payment in online payment only, we can then process refund request within 3 days*
